Our packages are shipped within 24 hours (working day)!
With our partner DHL, orders placed from 8 am are generally delivered to the customer the next day in 24 hours, for orders placed during the day they will be with the customer in 48 hours.
During the weekend, orders for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be with the customer on Tuesday.
These deadlines are respected in 90% of cases but can be slowed down for unforeseen circumstances. Notament (Extreme weather conditions, Strikes, public holidays ...)

o Deliveries are made with an appointment.
o After validation of your order, shipping is done the same day (Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays and exceptional periods);
o Upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email, you can go to the DHL website to follow the delivery of your package by clicking here.
o you receive an SMS from DHL once the order is processed by DHL service or there is the Tracking Number
The articles of the same order are, in principle, delivered in one go except particular problems. (unavailability of an item for example).
During sales or school vacation periods, the deadlines may be temporarily extended.
The announced deadlines are not contractual and a possible delay in the delivery of the package does not give right to damages from Fouta Tunisie.
In case of return of the parcel due to the absence of the customer, a problem in the shipping address or an inability to receive the parcel, the costs of re-shipping to the customer will be charged.
Upon receipt of the package, it is up to the customer to check the items delivered (quality, quantity, compliance with the order, etc.).
No complaint will be taken into account after the expiration of the seven-day period from the date of receipt of the items. A justified complaint made within this period will give the right to the exchange or refund of the product, without further compensation for the customer.
In the event of damage to your package, you have the option of refusing the package. Notify Customer Service using the contact form available online by clicking here. We will then take care of initiating a complaint procedure with the carrier. In the event of a dispute, the investigation may take up to 21 working days.
